Neely EAP (NEAP) is hiring professional counselors to work with our EAP clients via teletherapy or in your office. Our EAP portfolio is growing, and we’d love to send you some referrals.

Mandatory Requirements

• State Licensure as a Behavioral Health Professional with at least a Master’s Degree. We are accepting applications for all US States. (LPC or LPC-Associate).
•  Minimum and current Malpractice Liability Insurance Coverage of $1 million /$3 million.

Documents Needed to Join NEAP Provider Network

• Resume
• Phone interview with NEAP clinical staff
• W9 Tax ID Form
• Provider Application (will be sent to you once this form is received)
• Professional Malpractice Liability Insurance Face Sheet
• State Licensure or Registration with Expiration Date
