With NEAP, we actively engage with employees and employ utilization data to tailor the program to meet your employees’ needs.
NEAP will work closely with the Human Resources Department to develop drug-workplace policies and procedures that meet all applicable state and federal requirements and regulations.
We provide Managers and Supervisors resources to support training and increase awareness of drug/alcohol behaviors in the workplace. We have seminars designed to address substance abuse and chemical dependency.
NEAP is skilled at handling drug and alcohol case management.
We understand the referral process and how vital
case management is for clients.
Timely follow-up and proper documentation reduces confusion and delays in treatment. In addition, we have a list of outside treatment and community resources to support referrals.
