Giving Employees Peace Of Mind On The Road
Neely EAP (NEAP) Logistics Mental Health program improves the mental health and wellness of your employees, helping them arrive safely and on time.
The Fact That You’re Here Means You Care About Your Employees
Neely EAP (NEAP) is focused on improving the mental health of logistics workers. Throughout our twenty years of providing mental health services, we have seen firsthand the unique challenges this workforce faces. Everything from COVID-related anxiety to long work hours to separation from support systems to marital issues breaks down the mental health of the logistics worker. We realized that cookie-cutter wellness approaches do not work for this industry. NEAP created a program in which all of our mental health providers have specialized training and knowledge of the industry. We work with automotive, trucking, aerospace, industrial, energy, retail, and government logistics agencies.
We Know The Facts And We’re Here To Help
Workers in the logistics industry are at risk for a range of occupational health-induced conditions, including mental health and psychiatric disorders, due to high occupational stress, low access to healthcare, and limited social support.
Statistics show that mentally strong workers are more productive, less likely to miss work, less distracted, and more engaged with the company’s mission, which ultimately improves your bottom line.
Here’s What You Get When You Work
With Neely EAP
We believe the entire ecosystem of the employee needs to be involved for optimum mental health to occur.
This means working with employees, management, family members, and a community support system.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Is The Employee Assistance Program?
The employee assistance program (EAP) is a benefit offered to employees to support the mental health of employees and create a positive working environment for employees. Employers contract with companies that provide EAP’s to help make mental health services readily available to employees and their families.
The size and scope of the EAP’s vary, depending on cost. They range from robust programs with several features and benefits to plans specially designed to support the mental health of employees. The cost varies depending on the number of benefits.
The key benefit for the company is that turnover and burn out can be addressed, reduce claims costs, and increase employee engagement.
What Is The Value Of An EAP?
The day-to-day grain in today’s society often requires employees to spend more time at work, physically and mentally. Away from family, often away from the community. The mental health of an employee, at all levels in a company, can be severely impacted by home and work-related issues.
Employees and their family members often deal with common mental health issues:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Suicide
- Substance and Alcohol Abuse
- Anger Issues
Is The EAP A Requirement For Companies?
No. Companies provide EAP’s to support safety and health regulations. Commonly, companies pair EAP’s with medical benefits.
How Does Enrolment Work?
Logistics companies become Neely EAP (NEAP) customers by pay a Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) rate to join the employee assistance program. Once enrolled, our staff will help your company onboard your employees into the program. Companies can also opt to choose services a la carte.
