WORK LIFE SERVICES
Child care, elder care, and daily living resources and more.
With NEAP, we actively engage with employees and employ utilization data to tailor the program to meet your employees’ needs.
Our work-life consultation and resource service provide practical assistance around a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to child care, elder care, and daily living resources.
At the core of our work-life service is the understanding that concerns do not always fall into clear service categories. Our work-life consultants can search for a variety of options that best fit each caller’s needs.
Key program features include:
- A consultation with an expert who listens to the issues presented and assists in creating the most effective response
- Qualified and matched resources specific to the needs and requirements of the user—100% of the time
- Electronic educational materials to support each customized consultation, including tip sheets, checklists, handbooks, and brochures

When an employee contacts the service, we conduct an assessment to understand the support required. Within three business days, the specialist follows up with the employee with three to five confirmed, matched referrals for providers that meet all criteria outlined by the individual. These referrals are licensed and registered with the appropriate bodies relevant to their line of work.
